Mary Katrantzou
Keira Knightley is very much a champion of up and coming or quirky and unusual designers. Keira wore this Mary Katrantzou dress in Venice last year and the fash-pack raved about it. An amazing and dynamic print, Katrantzou has followed up with a truly unique SS12 collection. Symmetrical tableau scenes in bold and contrasting colours, Katrantzou has bought print designs to a new level.

2011: A Year of British Style
Championing British Wardrobe classics: Emma Watson in a twist on the Burberry classic mac, and in Alexander McQueen's Tartan dress. Emma is quickly becoming a Brit style icon.
In the Navy: showing that Britannia does indeed rules the waves, Kate Middleton has got nautical fashion down to a tee in these Alexander McQueen ensembles.
The movie of last year, Helena Bonham Carter portrayed many a British institution from the 'stiff upper lip' and 'keeping it in the family' to 'a cup of tea will solve everything'. Her costumes for playing the late Queen Mother Elizabeth were beautiful: fur jackets, muted tones and chic accessories make for timeless and classic British style.

Love Actually Interiors
One of my favourite Christmas films is Love Actually. Like all Richard Curtis' films, it captures London beautifully, more specifically London at Christmas time. The interiors particularly strike me whenever I watch it. Each house seems to represent their respective characters. The following are the ones i find most stylish.

Star of AW11
The sweater of the season has to be Chinti and Parker's star sweater. For all of those who weren't lucky enough to get one (It was exclusive to net-a-porter and swiftly sold out) They are doing another star intarsia style for SS12 along with a polka dot style. The Italian cashmere label is slowly becoming a very prominent label, with the likes of Cheryl Cole and Alexa Chung being fans.

London Haunt #8 The Golden Hind
There simply is no better place in London to go for fish and chips. This place is so popular, that they don't take bookings and there is often a queue! The family run business is so homely and welcoming and food is so delicious, ultimate comfort food! It's nicely tucked away on Marylebone Lane and the restaurant recently expanded over to next door. I highly recommend it to all.

Bowler Hats
The Bowler hat. It is an iconic piece in fashion history. It was made infamous by Charlie Chaplin. Then Coco Chanel made it a piece that resonates with quirky French style. Liza Minelli made it sexy in Cabaret, and A Clockwork Orange made it an iconic villain accessory.

Style X
It's the X Factor final tonight! I have to say that I haven't been massively impressed by the styling this year. Bar Misha B in her dresses made from vinyl records or newspapers, the rest have been pretty dull. Here are a few of my favourite outfits over X Factor style history.
